Add Laps
Many programs allow runners to add laps from outside of regular scanning.
There are two methods to add laps.
To add laps click on "Laps" in the sidebar menu that will expand, then click on "Add Laps"
Easy + Laps
This method allows you to add the same number of laps for all of your runners, runners registered to one teacher or a single runner.
If you start typing "all" and then select "All Runners."
Click "Add Laps" and it will add laps on that date to every registered runner.
One Teacher
Start typing the teachers name and then select it.
Click "Add Laps" and it will add laps on that date to every runner registered to that teacher.
A Single Runner
Start typing the runner name or id number then select that runner.
Click "Add Laps" and it will add laps on that date for that runner.
Custom + Laps
This method allows you to add laps to multiple teachers at one time and gives more control when adding specific runners laps under a single teacher.
All Teachers
If you need to add laps to multiple teacher on the same date select "-- All Teachers" from the selection menu and then click the "Next ==>" button.
Note that I've selected "0 Laps" to be added. Laps selected here are the default input for the next screen.
Add the number of laps each runner registered to that teacher should receive, change the date if necessary, then click the "Add Laps" button.
Runner List for Teacher
If you want to add specific laps for each runner registered to a teacher select that teacher from the selection menu and click the "Next ==>" button.
Note that I've selected "0 Laps" because I want the default entry on the next screen to be 0 for each student. I'm doing this because only some of the runners are adding laps.
Enter the laps each student should receive, then click the "Add Laps" Button.
